Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rules for using the Shanzhu platform: creating events, activating booths, managing your fleet and team, and sharing client galleries.

By creating an account or activating a booth, you agree to these Terms. If you subscribe on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

1. Purpose and provider

These Terms govern access to and use of the Shanzhu software-as-a-service, operated by [[to complete: legal entity name]], [[to complete: legal form and share capital]], registered under [[to complete: company registration number / SIREN]], with its registered office at [[to complete: registered address]] (the "Provider", "we", "us").

The service is a white-label platform for photographers and event agencies. It covers team management, resource scheduling (agenda/Gantt), booth fleet management, event configuration, and client-facing surfaces (kiosk and shared galleries).

2. Accounts and access to the service

Access requires a registered account and, for most features, an active organization (workspace). You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for the confidentiality of your credentials, and for the activity of the members you invite.

• Each member is bound by these Terms through your organization.
• You must not share access outside your organization or attempt to circumvent plan limits.
• We may suspend access in case of security risk, non-payment, or misuse, with notice where reasonably possible.

3. Subscriptions, credits and the free demo

The platform is billed through subscription plans (Starter, Studio, Agency, Reseller) and pay-as-you-go "per event" credits. The value metric is the active booth: one credit equals one booth activated for one event.

• Free demo. New organizations receive one free event valid for fifteen (15) days, without a credit card. The demo is limited to one per organization to prevent abuse.
• Plans and credits. Subscription features, included credits and limits are described on /pricing. Some capabilities, for example fleet management, require a specific plan tier.
• Billing. Recurring plans renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. Credit packs are one-off purchases. Prices, taxes and payment terms are those shown at checkout.
• Refunds. Refund conditions are set out at [[to complete: refund policy reference]].

4. Your obligations

You agree to use the service lawfully and to hold the appropriate rights and consents for the content you capture, store and share, including the image rights of event guests. You act as data controller for the personal data of your clients and their guests; we act as processor on your behalf under [[to complete: data processing agreement reference]].

You must not use the service to host unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

5. Availability, liability and termination

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service levels, maintenance windows and support scope are described at [[to complete: SLA / support reference]]. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in [[to complete: liability cap clause]], and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

• Termination by you. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Termination by us. We may terminate for material breach, non-payment or unlawful use, following notice where required.

6. Governing law and changes
