Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
One credit activates one event, with as many booths as your plan allows in parallel. Credits are spent per event, never per booth.
What's the difference between a booth and a credit?
A booth is capacity: the number of devices you can run in parallel, set by your plan. A credit is the right to run one event, whatever the number of booths.
What happens to unused credits?
On a monthly plan they roll over one month, capped at twice your quota. Annual plans give you a yearly pool to spend whenever you want, which helps with seasonality.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. One free event for 15 days, no credit card. After that, subscribe or buy credits.
From which plan is white-label available?
The booth is white-labelled from Starter, the client gallery from Studio, and a custom domain from Agency.
Is fun / purikura capture included?
Yes. Fun capture, retro filters, signature stamps, posing guides and pick-the-best-of-N, is included on every plan. The optional beautify pass is part of Studio and up.
Can I pay per event without a subscription?
Yes. Pay as you go at €39 per credit, with degressive packs down to €30/credit.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes, self-serve. Subscription roll-over credits are lost on cancellation; purchased packs stay valid until they expire.
Where is my data hosted?
In Europe, GDPR-native, with configurable retention per plan.
Do you work with photobooth manufacturers?
Yes. If you build photobooth machines, we license the software to run inside them, brandable and built to deploy at scale. It is a custom OEM arrangement priced on volume, part of the Reseller track. Talk to us.
